  Hot drinks now provided by a Starbucks franchise.
  
  More expensive than the old empire cinema coffee.
  
  Three staff phaffing around, with one customer in front of me and two tills, I waiting for more than 5 minutes, no acknowledgment of my presence or taking my order.
  
  So stuff them I shan’t be buying a hot drink ever from that franchise due to their total lack of customer focus. I walked away as they clearly don’t want by business.
