  My experience as a landlord in dealing with BASILDON BELVOIR has been a nightmare. I have not come across inefficient and dishonest agent such these . Although I have taken off my business of this agent nearly six months ago, They have held on to the tenants deposit without giving any reason by the woman who handles account called Keely Taylor.
  My new agent has been and continuing effortlessly to try and retrieve the deposit of the tenant but unfortunately Keely Taylor ignores replying and does not give reason for refusing to release the deposit fund .I would never touch this agent with a barge pole.
