  Very poor communications- three weeks to fix a simple repair and constantly chasing. No calls to update even after promising to do so.
  Read the other reviews it seems that things have not improved. Listen to their call on hold and it reassures you about the high standards of customer service they aspire to. They are delusional I never received any. I advised several of the people in their office of my dissatisfaction and they said they would pass it on so I hoped for a call from the manager. According to one of his team today he spends a lot of time in the workshop. My suggestion is if you spend more time looking after your business your customers would be happy. At least I now know the answer the the old saying how long does paint take to dry?- in Newbridge workshop the answer is 3 weeks. Other garages would have turned it around in a couple of days.
